It seems to try to run most recently with showing some type of load screen which I got in compatibility of windows 7 low resolution and even tried it with one screen only which I don't even have to do that for most of my games from 98. There is also gonna be a maintance break from 7pm to 01 am my time (gmt+2) on PlayStation Network. This means during that time you wont be able to log in BUT if you log in before the maintance starts you can stay logged in and play online!
