I change my engine oil every 500 miles, but during a 2k dualsport loop I had to push that to 700, and the oil still looked descent. I use Thumper full synthetic. My tranny oil i used to change with every engine oil change, but it came out looking brand new everytime. So now its every other one. So roughly 1000 miles and it comes out looking good.
